This is regarding any digital products, photos of products, and files. 

 

In regards to our kits, kit images, and prints, you agree to the following terms.

Digital Product Delivery

All digital products are delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped.
Files are available for download after purchase via a download link sent to your email.

Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.

License & Permitted Use

All digital products are sold under a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive personal-use license.

You may:

  • Download and print files for your own personal use

  • Use the files to create physical items for yourself

  • Use the files to create physical products to sell when part of a new creation that's been changed by you.

Strictly Prohibited Uses

You may NOT, under any circumstances:

  • Share, forward, or distribute the files (free or paid)

  • Resell or redistribute the digital files in any format

  • Modify, alter, or claim the designs as your own

  • Use the files for commercial purposes

  • Upload files to print-on-demand services or third-party platforms

  • Include the files in bundles, kits, or collections

  • Digitally extract, copy, or recreate elements for reuse

  • Use any part of the files in new digital designs

  • Use with AI in any way.

No part of our digital products may be used, reproduced, or redistributed in any format, whether original or modified.

Copyright Notice

All designs, artwork, and digital files are the intellectual property of Pink Monarch Prints and are protected under United States copyright law.

Purchase of a file does not transfer ownership or copyright.

Copyright Enforcement

We actively monitor for unauthorized use of our designs.

Any violation of this policy may result in:

  • Immediate revocation of your license to use the files

  • Takedown notices issued to platforms (including Etsy, Shopify, and others)

  • Legal action where appropriate

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our work may result in financial liability, including statutory damages, legal fees, and associated enforcement costs as permitted by law.
