This is regarding any physical products.
Processing Times
Most orders are processed within [1-3 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the method selected at checkout. Please note that during busy seasons, sales, or new releases, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are usually a flat rate. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary due to postal delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States.
Tracking Information
If tracking is included with your shipping method, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or items marked as delivered but not received. If your package is lost or delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. We are happy to assist you if needed.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to have it resent.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will do our best to make it right.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically and are not shipped.
You will receive access to your files after purchase via email.
